How postcode protection works

Patient Binge is limited to one approved clinic per postcode.

When your membership becomes active, your postcode is locked.

That means another clinic in the same postcode can’t join Patient Binge while your membership is active.

If your membership ends, your postcode will be released and offered to another clinic.

If your clinic moves to a new postcode, contact support before you change anything.

We’ll check the new postcode first.
