What to do if a link doesn't work

If a campaign link won't open, try these quick checks first.

1. Refresh the page.

2. Try the link again in a new browser tab.

3. Make sure you're signed in to the service the link uses, such as Canva.

4. Try another browser or device.

5. If it still doesn't work, contact support and tell us which link is broken.
